Customer Reviews!

My daughter has refused to eat meat for years. Until I served your ground beef. She ate it and asked for seconds! You have a customer for life now because of how good your beef tastes!

We love 2nd Ave Farms! The best quality/tasting meat around. It is so comforting knowing where our food comes from and it's not pumped full of junk. Pick up is always convenient and I never wait long for a response. Thanks 2nd Ave for nourishing my family!

Just wanted to let you know we made the ribeyes last night, and they are amazing. The kids said they're the best they've ever had.
Jena S. - ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
I just want to let you know we have been loving the pork. We've made a ton of lard, one slab of the pork belly as bacon and it was hands-down the best bacon we've ever had!

Regenerative Practices

At 2nd Ave Farms, we prioritize soil health, considering it the foundation of overall well-being. Our farming philosophy revolves around cultivating a robust soil ecosystem to support crops and livestock diets. We avoid using herbicides, pesticides, and insecticides to promote natural biodiversity and enhance essential microorganisms crucial for soil vitality. By employing minimal disturbance cultivation methods instead of tilling, we protect vital carbon and nitrogen levels.

As land stewards, we are committed to managing the environment responsibly through sustainable practices that preserve soil health. Following the six key principles of soil health, we advocate for plant diversity, cover cropping, and inter-seeding techniques to strengthen the soil ecosystem. We also ensure the humane treatment of our animals by implementing rotational grazing for cows, chickens, and pigs, allowing them to thrive naturally in a hormone-free and confinement-free environment. Our animals receive ample sunshine and grazing space, resulting in nutrient-rich products.
