Beef available in whole, 1/2, or 1/4 shares.
Pork available in whole or 1/2 shares.
Deposit of $100 is required to reserve your share. Deposit is nonrefundable and will rollover into the final cost of the meat.
You choose how you want your share cut and packaged! Customized to fit your family's needs. You will meet with a cut sheet assistant to fill out the cut sheet together. Deposit is due when the cut sheet is finalize.
Beef is priced at $5.25 a pound hanging weight. This includes the standard processing. Average hanging weight for a whole is 750-800. Average cost is $3739-$4200 for a whole beef. Price is finalized after the final hanging weight is received.
Pork is prices at $5.50 a pound hanging weight and included all the standard processing. Average hanging weight for a whole is 200-210 pounds. Average cost for a whole is $1100-$1155. Price will not be finalized until hanging weight is received.
